Able to work virtually in an on-site and On-line coaching environment to an
ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and young adults, and employees in the
workforce with individuals to promote optimum mental and emotional health.
• Capable of instructing others in order to provide them with a healthier way of life.
• Coach clients or patients, individually or in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies,
adjusting to life, or making changes.
• Develops care plans that are custom-tailored to individual clients.
Qualifications:
• Licensed and, must earn a master's degree in a mental health-related field of study, such as clinical
mental health counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited school.
• The ability to work flexibly as part of a large multidisciplinary team
• Have the capacity to monitor developing situations and anticipate issues.
• Excellent management skills
• Bilingual is a plus
